Real Estate is not only about the house but about the opportunity. To bring a higher level of professionalism, transparency, commitment to ongoing education, and unsurpassed personalized service to the Tampa area real estate market, the Fate Team was started in 2003. Our mission statement, “To improve the lives of those we know, and will get to know, through the sale and acquisition of real estate”, is what this industry is all about to me. We have the opportunity to influence the lives and improve the financial basis of each person we work with, which is an honor. Real Estate is a hyper-local commodity at an ever-changing pace, and lost opportunity is not something we take lightly.

 

Each member of our Team is a real estate specialist, and through our combined talents, we create a better experience for the client. My specialty within the team is the listing and aggressive marketing of properties to achieve the best and highest return for the Seller. A prior career in broadcast sales and marketing with NBC Affiliates developed strong negotiation skills that benefit our clients daily. An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a commitment to the most current marketing tools and strategies ensures that we remain cutting-edge in the industry.

 

My home is in South Tampa, with my husband and our three rescue dogs. I enjoy spending time with my daughters and my 4 grandsons, and volunteering with Kids & Canines, ReBuild Tampa, and Habitat for Humanity-Women Build.
